Do you need a different visa for Brussels, Antwerp, or Bruges?
No. Belgium sets the requirements, so entering through Brussels asks for the same as entering through Antwerp or Bruges. If you're arriving overland or through a small border post, check that separately: some countries apply their own rules to specific crossings.
What does change is where you file the application when a visa is needed, and that depends on the country you live in rather than the city you're travelling to.
What draws travelers to Belgium
Belgium is covered over very short distances, with two regions of different character. Flanders, to the north and Dutch-speaking, concentrates the historic cities: Bruges, with its intact medieval centre and canals, a World Heritage site; Ghent, with the Van Eyck altarpiece; and Antwerp, the city of Rubens and diamonds. Brussels, the bilingual capital, has the Grand Place — one of Europe's most ornate squares, World Heritage — and Horta's art nouveau district. Wallonia, to the south and French-speaking, is more rural: the Ardennes, castles and the two world wars' battlefields near Ypres. Belgium has around 16 UNESCO World Heritage sites, many of them belfries and art nouveau master houses. Four or five days cover Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. Spring and summer are best; it rains in any season.
