VisaRadar is a free tool, no signup required, that provides informational guidance on international entry requirements (visas, electronic authorisations, etc.) based on an open requirement matrix corrected with official sources. We are not a travel agency or a visa agency: we do not process any documents on your behalf.

You may use VisaRadar freely for personal trip-planning purposes. You may not:
- Bulk-extract the site's content (scraping) without prior written authorisation.
- Resell, redistribute, or present the published data as your own without crediting the source.
- Use the site for illegal purposes or attempt to compromise its security or availability.
- Make automated requests that overload the service.
3. Intellectual property
VisaRadar's design, code, and original text are the property of WyrnLabs. Visa requirement data starts from an open matrix published under the MIT license, which VisaRadar corrects pair by pair against official sources.
4. Third-party links
VisaRadar links to official websites, affiliates, and advertisers that we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external sites.
5. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, without notice, without this creating any right to compensation.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. See our disclaimer for full detail on the limits of liability regarding the published visa information.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under that law.
