The 199 passports VisaRadar covers, ranked by mobility score: how many of the 198 destinations we cover for each one you can enter without an advance visa (visa-free, under free movement, with a visa on arrival or with an electronic authorisation / ETA).

VisaRadar computes it from the same requirement matrix it publishes on every pair page, which starts from the open passport-index-dataset (MIT) and is corrected pair by pair when an official source contradicts it. Requirements updated 6 October 2026. Because it only counts the countries we cover, the figures are not comparable with worldwide indexes such as Henley or Passport Index, which measure against every country. The difference between entering visa-free, with an ETA, with an e-Visa, or with a traditional visa is explained in this guide. The per-pair detail is in the country directory.
