Do you need a different visa for Marrakesh, Casablanca, or Rabat?
No. Morocco sets the requirements, so entering through Marrakesh asks for the same as entering through Casablanca or Rabat. If you're arriving overland or through a small border post, check that separately: some countries apply their own rules to specific crossings.
What does change is where you file the application when a visa is needed, and that depends on the country you live in rather than the city you're travelling to.
What draws travelers to Morocco
Morocco combines imperial cities, mountains and desert within manageable distances. Marrakech, the "red city", with its souk and the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, is the most common base; Fez preserves the largest medieval medina in the world and the al-Qarawiyyin university, one of the oldest anywhere. Meknes and Rabat complete the four imperial cities. To the south, the High Atlas is crossed toward the desert: the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage site and film set, and the dunes of Merzouga or Zagora. The Atlantic coast has Essaouira, all wind, surf and art. Morocco has 9 UNESCO World Heritage sites, the most in North Africa alongside Egypt. A week covers Marrakech, a night in the desert and Fez. Spring and autumn are ideal; summer is very hot inland and winter nights are cold in the Atlas.
