Citizens of Panama need a Visitor Visa for New Zealand; the NZeTA does not cover them. According to Immigration New Zealand's fees and receiving centre finder, for nationals of Panama applying from there the application is lodged and paid online (Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay), and it costs NZD 441 per person, including the immigration levy and the NZD 100 International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL), and it is not refunded if the visa is declined. Immigration New Zealand says it currently decides 80% of these applications within two weeks.
