How this visa is processed
Embassy of Israel in Bogotá (Avenida Calle 26 # 57-83), with prior authorisation from Israel's Ministry of Interior
A Venezuelan needs a visa for Israel. The Population and Immigration Authority lets visa-required passports apply online for the eVisa-B2, the tourist visa, for a fee of NIS 105. However, the Embassy of Israel in Bogotá, which has a page for holders of that nationality, says their visa is only issued with prior authorisation from Israel's Ministry of Interior. The traveller does not request that authorisation: relatives or acquaintances in Israel apply for it, or the travel agency if the trip is organised. The eVisa-B2 form has a section for attaching that approval. For any questions, the embassy is at Avenida Calle 26 # 57-83 in Bogotá and can be reached at info@bogota.mfa.gov.il.
