Colombia digital nomad visa
Colombia has a visitor visa for digital nomads, remote workers and digital entrepreneurs. Only holders of passports from countries exempt from short-stay visas can apply. Short stays do not need it: if you stay no more than 90 days, extendable to 180 in a year, and are not paid by Colombian companies, the entry permit Migración gives you at the border is enough.

Requirements
- A letter, in Spanish or English, from the foreign company you work for, stating the type of relationship and your pay, or proof that you are a partner in a foreign company and work for it remotely.
- If you are starting a business, a letter explaining the project and the resources you have.
- You cannot work for or be paid by people or companies based in Colombia.
Family
It can also be requested for the main applicant's dependants.
