Verified practical details
You don't need a visa to enter Seychelles, but here are some practical details worth knowing before you travel:
Authorisation system
Mandatory online travel authorisation (no visa)
No visa is needed, but before boarding you must apply and pay online for a travel authorisation, no earlier than 30 days before arrival; an express service is available for an extra fee. To get it you provide your passport, accommodation booking, return or onward ticket and proof of sufficient funds. The authorisation arrives by email and is shown at boarding and on arrival in Mahé, where airport police grant a free three-month visitor's permit. It can be extended three months at a time, for a fee, up to a maximum of 12. Business travellers are advised to carry an invitation from a local company.
